What we do
Important work doesn’t always require a permanent hire.
Sometimes you need someone experienced who can step in, quickly understand what’s going on, and help move things forward.
Integrity Change Advisors provides experienced leadership, coaching, and change support when organizations and leaders need it most.
We work with organizations navigating leadership transitions, major technology initiatives, organizational change, or simply a period when there’s more to accomplish than the existing team has the capacity to carry.
We come in, work alongside your team, help solve the problem, and leave your organization stronger and better equipped to carry the work forward.
Then we move on.
Our work typically takes one or more of four forms:
Leadership Coaching
For leaders and other high-impact professionals who want to think more clearly, make better decisions, and be more intentional about how they lead and influence others.
Interim & Fractional Leadership
Experienced CIO, CTO, and product leadership when you need someone who can step in and lead now without making a permanent hire.
Organizational Change Management
Practical support for the people side of technology, process, and organizational change so the investment you’re making actually delivers the intended results.
Special Projects
Experienced leadership for important work that needs focus, structure, and momentum—from major initiative leadership, to getting a critical project back on track, to facilitating strategic discussions.

Katy gave us confidence in our technology direction and brought the leadership team together around a clear vision. She created an environment where everyone felt trusted and safe to learn, grow, challenge ideas, and continuously improve.
Katy was the type of leader I wanted to follow. I wanted her to be successful because I truly believed she wanted me to be successful.
I saw firsthand that when Katy identified something that needed to improve or an opportunity worth pursuing she didn’t hesitate. She advocated for change, brought people along, and followed through.
I initially wanted someone to tell me how to solve the problems I was facing. Instead, Katy became a true thought partner. She created the space to slow down, examine my thinking, and approach complex leadership decisions from perspectives I hadn't considered before. The process wasn't always comfortable, but it led to clearer decisions, greater confidence, and growth that has stayed with me long after our coaching conversations ended
I came into coaching as a skeptic and left as a believer. After years of leadership and professional development programs that promised a lot but delivered little lasting value, I wasn't expecting this experience to be any different. I was wrong. This coaching challenged my thinking, helped me see situations with greater clarity, and renewed my confidence and energy as both a leader and a person. It was one of the most valuable investments I've made in my own development
Katy was one of the best leaders I’ve ever worked with. She placed tremendous trust in me and fully supported the major changes that were necessary for the company to succeed. I miss her calm, steady presence and thoughtful, measured counsel. If Katy ever invited me to join her in another transformational effort, I would leave without hesitation.
Katy was the type of leader I wanted to follow. I wanted her to be successful because I truly believed she wanted me to be successful.
The role changes depending on what you need. My approach doesn’t.
For more than 25 years, I’ve been brought into situations where something important needed to change -technology, teams, ways of working, or sometimes all three at once.
I’ve served as a CIO and senior technology executive, leading large teams and complex initiatives while keeping the day-to-day business running. I’ve modernized legacy technology, rebuilt leadership teams, led major programs and ERP implementations, integrated acquisitions, and helped organizations rethink the role technology plays in the business.
Along the way, I learned that the hardest part is rarely the technology.
It’s creating clarity when priorities compete. Making decisions when there isn’t a perfect answer. Getting people with different perspectives moving in the same direction. Knowing when to push and when to listen. And leading change while the business still has to perform.
That’s why I created Integrity Change Advisors.
Today, the role I play depends on what’s needed.
I may step in as an interim or fractional CIO to provide steady leadership during a transition or growth phase. I may take ownership of a critical initiative that needs focus, structure, and momentum. I may lead the people side of significant organizational or technology change so that what gets implemented actually gets adopted.
And sometimes, the work is directly with the leaders rather than the organization.
As a leadership coach, I work with executives and other high-impact professionals who want a trusted place to think through difficult decisions, challenge assumptions, understand their impact, and become more intentional about how they lead.
Whatever the role, my approach is the same:
Understand what’s really happening. Focus on what matters. Work alongside you. Build capability along the way. Leave you stronger than I found you.
